Creating Spaces for Real Conversations about Mental Health

Workshops and Speaking

I offer interactive workshops that create space for real conversations around mental health, relationships, and cultural identity. My approach is grounded, approachable, and designed to help people not just understand the material, but connect it to their own lived experiences.

A big part of my work is centered around the importance of community and connection. Drawing from Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander values that emphasize collective care, I believe healing doesn’t just happen individually but it also happens in relationship with others. My workshops are created with that in mind, offering space for reflection, shared experiences, and meaningful connection.

Whether I’m working with students, community groups, or organizations, I focus on making topics like anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and cultural expectations feel more relatable, less overwhelming, and easier to talk about.

Cultural Humility Trainings

I also facilitate cultural humility trainings for professionals, including teachers, therapists, and community health workers. These trainings focus on understanding the AANHPI experience, navigating cultural nuances, and building more thoughtful and responsive ways of supporting the communities they serve.

My goal is to move beyond surface-level awareness and create space for reflection, conversation, and practical application in real-world settings.

Workshops I’ve Done

Each workshop can be adapted to fit the needs of your community, organization, or team while staying within my scope as a licensed marriage and family therapist.

Workshop pricing is available upon inquiry and depends on the length, format, audience, and level of customization. A reduced rate may be available for select community partners I previously supported through county-funded programming.

Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
