Yes. I am currently in-network with select insurance plans, including Cigna, Aetna, and Anthem. Coverage may vary by plan and will need to be verified before scheduling. I can also provide superbills upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

All individual and couples sessions are 50-53 minutes long, including intake assessments.

I recommend meeting weekly for the first month to get into a rhythm, feel comfortable, and see if we would be a good fit. Then, we can discuss if bi-weekly would work best. I typically don’t do monthly session unless I am slowly transitioning out my current clients.

For private pay/out-of-pocket clients, individual therapy sessions are $180 per 50-minute session. Couples therapy sessions are $200 per session. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots based on financial need and availability, which we can discuss during your consultation.

Your first session with me is considered your intake assessment session. This is where I get to know you as a whole person, along with your history and current stressors. I will also ask about your hopes and expectations with therapy.

I understand things may come up. I do require 24 hour notice if you are unable to attend our session. If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice, the fee is $100. If it is a no-show, the fee will be a full session fee of $180.
If there is an emergency, we can also discuss if a waiver or credit is possible.

I do not provide crisis intervention outside of our scheduled sessions. For non-urgent messages or emails, I will respond to them no later than 48 business hours.
