Ever feel like something in you can’t just fully settle, mentally or physically? You might find yourself constantly overthinking, replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, or getting stuck in loops that feel impossible to break out of. It can show up in your body too: a tight chest, a constant sense of tension, restlessness, or feeling like you can’t fully relax, even when nothing is “wrong.”
For some, it may also look like intrusive thoughts, fears, or “what ifs” that don’t go away no matter how much you try to think your way out of them.
In our work together, we’ll slow things down and begin to notice what’s happening in both your mind and body. We’ll explore the parts of you that carries these anxious thoughts so it feels less overwhelming and more understandable, rather than something you have to fight against.

Ever feel like relationships just feel harder than they should be? Whether it’s dating that’s starting to feel exhausting, or trying to make sense of a relationship you’re already in, you might find yourself questioning where you stand, overthinking how you came across, or wondering if you’re asking for too much.
You might notice yourself giving a lot, trying to keep things steady, or adjusting parts of yourself just to feel secure or chosen. And underneath it, there can be this quiet feeling of not being enough as you are.. like you have to earn your place in someone’s life.
In our work together, we’ll take the time to understand where these patterns come from and how they’ve been showing up for you. As you start to make more sense of yourself, you can begin to feel more compassion for yourself, a little more clear, and more confident showing up in your relationships in a way that actually feels like you.

Ever feel like it’s hard to balance your own needs with what your family or culture expects of you?
As someone who works closely with Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander clients (and as a second-generation Filipina myself from Hawai’i) I understand how cultural values, family roles, and unspoken expectations can shape how you show up in your life and relationships. Sometimes it’s not always easy to explain what you’re feeling, especially when things like guilt, responsibility, or respect come into play.
You might find yourself holding a lot in, avoiding conflict, or feeling torn between staying connected to your family and wanting to create your own path.
In our work together, we’ll make space for all of these experiences. We’ll explore how your cultural identity and family dynamics have shaped you, while helping you find a way to feel more grounded in yourself so you can honor where you come from and still make room for your own needs.

Ever feel like you’re in a period of change and things just don’t feel clear yet? You might be going through something like a career shift, a breakup, becoming a parent, or just feeling like you’re outgrowing parts of your life. Even when change is “good,” it can still feel overwhelming, uncertain, or hard to make sense of who you are in the middle of it.
In our work together, we’ll take the time to understand what this transition means for you and how it’s impacting your sense of self. As things start to feel more clear, you can begin to feel more grounded and move through this next phase in a way that feels more aligned with you.
Good Faith Estimate and No Surprises Act
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance in any capacity, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You are entitled to an estimate in writing before scheduling any services with a new provider.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
